Burg Eltz
Located on the River Eltz, just off of the Mosel River near Koblenz. This castle is almost 900 years old and has been in the Eltz family for 33 generations. It was only involved in one conflict during the 30 years war but did not get hurt. This castle is about 1½ hours away from where we live.
